The Brother of the Month: Vincent Pastore
Vincent Pastore, our Brother of the Month, exemplifies what it means to lead with purpose. A junior double majoring in Communication and Film Studies, Vincent brings creativity, clarity, and relentless energy to everything he does. This semester, he has gone above and beyond in his role as recruitment chairman: crafting a compelling vision for the fall, organizing thoughtful events, and ensuring every potential new member felt welcomed and seen. His ability to communicate our chapter’s mission with authenticity helped us bring in an outstanding new member class that’s already strengthening our brotherhood.
What sets Vincent apart is his consistency. He doesn’t just show up for the big moments; he’s there for the small ones too: late-night planning, early morning follow-ups, and the countless messages and meetings that turn good ideas into real results. He models accountability, humility, and teamwork, and he empowers others to take ownership. Brothers describe him as someone who listens first and leads by example, and it’s that steady presence that has made a lasting impact across the chapter.
For displaying all the values of Pi Kappa Alpha: Scholarship, Leadership, Athletics, and Gentlemanly conduct; Vincent has been recognized with this month’s honor. His dedication elevates the standard for our chapter and sets the tone for the year ahead. Congratulations, Vincent, and thank you for the integrity, effort, and heart you pour into PIKE. Your work this fall will be felt for years to come.
